Summary 2003

The number of staff of the Consumer Protection Board is 62 employees (January 2004). The budget in 2003 was 9,4 mln EEK (600 000 EUR). The Board continued to be actively engaged in market supervision and consumer information. Many activities of the Board were initiated on the basis of complaints received from the consumers.
