2. The CPB information and counselling phone has a new short number 1330!
One way to get some advise or supervision about your problems as a consumer is to call our information and counselling phone. The longer number has been serving consumers for a long time and to make our service faster and more convenient the CPB settled in the short number.
The director general of the CPB Andres Sooniste said that the short number is one step closer to contemponary customer service. The number 1330 is easy to remember and dial.
The counselling takes place in workdays from 8 am to 16.30 pm. The service itsself is for free, the consumer will only be charged for a phonecall (local taxes).
Besides the new information and counselling telephone number 1330 the old one 6 201 707 is working too.
