On the 15th of February 2010 the travel company Digistar Group (mainly known as Reisima.net) announced closing the company. Like many others, Digistar Group is also closing the company because of the unability to fullfill their financial obligations.

The law in Estonia regulates tourism in such a manner, that all companies must bare insurance. Happy Travels insurance fund is 200 000 kroons. To open the insurance fund, the Consumer Protection Board asks all consumers who have not yet filed an application with the Consumer Protection Board to do so. Applications with documents approving the claim (contract/bill and payment documents) can be sent to the Consumer Protection Board until the 5^th of March to the adress Kiriku 4, 15071, Tallinn or by email to info@tka.riik.ee. Applications delivered later than the forementioned date will not be approved.
