Consumer Protection Board (henceforth: the Board) experienced many important changes related to the organization of work, in addition to its traditionally productive daily activities in 2010. The planned internal changes in 2010 were accompanied by the preparation period of the introduction of the euro, in which the Board had a remarkably significant part as well.
